Resmak Distant Sales Contract

1. PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been established electronically between the parties whose information is given below.

Buyer:

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract determines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product / service ordered by the Buyer electronically via [Web Sitesi Adı] belonging to the Seller within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. PRODUCT / SERVICE INFORMATION
The type, quantity, brand / model, color, sales price including taxes and payment information of the product or service purchased by the Buyer are as specified during the order.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
The price of the product / service is stated on the website and payment can be made by credit card, money order / EFT or other specified payment methods. The product/service will not be shipped before the payment is completed.

5. DELIVERY TERMS

  • Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer at the time of order.
  • Delivery time shall not exceed 30 days unless otherwise specified.
  • The product will be delivered to the Buyer via the cargo company and the delivery time depends on the working conditions of the cargo company.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without any justification and without penalty.
  • In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing.
  • The product must not be used and must be returned in its original packaging before the right of withdrawal expires.
  • The price of the products returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal shall be returned to the Buyer within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.

7. WARRANTY AND RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Products are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery.
  • If a manufacturing defect is detected in the Product, the Buyer may request an exchange or refund.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes that may arise between the parties will be tried to be resolved primarily through negotiation. In the event that a solution cannot be reached, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s settlement are authorized.

9. EFFECTIVENESS
The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract from the moment he/she places an order.
