Delivery Terms:<\/strong><\/p>

<\/p>

  • The products will be shipped within 7 business days<\/strong> after the order is confirmed. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the working schedule and logistics processes of the cargo company. For this reason, the exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. <\/li>
  • Delivery will be made to the address specified by the recipient<\/strong>. It is important that the address is correct and complete in order for the delivery to take place on time. Address changes may affect the delivery process. <\/li>
  • Delivery costs<\/strong> shall be borne by the buyer. Payment for the delivery costs will be made with the courier or freight forwarder upon confirmation of the order. <\/li>
  • The mode of delivery can be cargo, freight, warehouse or hand delivery<\/strong>. The mode of delivery will depend on the recipient’s preferences and the shipping region. Deliveries made by the cargo company may result in any variation in the delivery time and timed delivery guarantee. <\/li><\/ul>

    Return Terms:<\/strong><\/p>

    <\/p>

    • The products requested for return must be unused and unopened<\/strong>. Delivery of the product in its original packaging, without any damage, is mandatory for the return process. <\/li>
    • Return requests must be made within 14 days<\/strong> from the date of delivery of the product. Returns not requested within this period will not be accepted. <\/li>
    • The buyer requesting a return will cover the shipping costs<\/strong>. During the return process, the shipping costs for sending the product back will be paid by the buyer. <\/li>
    • Return procedure<\/strong>: Along with the returned product, documents such as the warranty certificate, invoice and payment receipt must be sent. These documents are mandatory for the correct return of the product and for the completion of the transaction process. <\/li><\/ul>
