Resmak Distant Sales Contract<\/h2>

1. PARTIES<\/b>
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been established electronically between the parties whose information is given below.<\/p>

(Name, surname\/title and contact information of the consumer will be obtained during the order.)<\/p>

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT<\/b>
This contract determines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product \/ service ordered electronically by the Buyer through the [Website Name] of the Seller within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.<\/p>

3. PRODUCT \/ SERVICE INFORMATION<\/b>
The type, quantity, brand \/ model, color, sales price including taxes and payment information of the product or service purchased by the Buyer are as specified during the order.<\/p>

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS<\/b>
The price of the product \/ service is stated on the website and payment can be made by credit card, money order \/ EFT or other specified payment methods. The product\/service will not be shipped before the payment is completed. <\/p>

5. DELIVERY TERMS<\/b><\/p>

  • Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer at the time of order.<\/li>
  • Delivery time shall not exceed 30 days unless otherwise specified.<\/li>
  • The product will be delivered to the Buyer via the cargo company and the delivery time depends on the working conditions of the cargo company.<\/li><\/ul>

    6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/b><\/p>

    • The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without any justification and without penalty.<\/li>
    • In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing.<\/li>
    • The product must not be used and must be returned in its original packaging before the right of withdrawal expires.<\/li>
    • The price of the products returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal shall be returned to the Buyer within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.<\/li><\/ul>

      7. WARRANTY AND RETURN CONDITIONS<\/b><\/p>

      • Products are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery.<\/li>
      • If a manufacturing defect is detected in the Product, the Buyer may request an exchange or refund.<\/li><\/ul>

        8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/b>
        Any disputes that may arise between the parties will be tried to be resolved primarily through negotiation. In the event that a solution cannot be reached, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s settlement are authorized. <\/p>

        9. EFFECTIVENESS<\/b>
        The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract from the moment he\/she places an order.<\/p>
